This place has lied to me repeatedly, they owe me money because for the 2013 tax year they did not pay my taxes in time and it resulted in a large fee of over $240.00. Ms. Gafford's daughter is running the business since Ms Debbie has been sick and cannot work however, I ended up having to pay the fee since so I wouldn't be charged anymore penalties and interest! I have threatened for months that I would post a bad business practice review and now I am doing it. No one returns your calls I have called WAY more times than I ever care too, maybe I will finally get my phone call. I will NEVER do business with this place again! I recommend you take your taxes elsewhere or you might end up in the same situation. I only gave it 1 star because I had too:/
