First of all, this is a FAST FOOD business, period. High turnover rates? What do you expect from a minimum wage job. Long lines? Definately at times. Stale donuts? Get your donut fix in the morning, the baker has been working all night to make them fresh while you've been nestled in your bed. Rude customer service? Hah! I don't know about you, but I am pretty grumpy until I get my coffee! Most people are. Lol. I implore you to go wait on 500 impatient, indecisive, grumpy people first thing, every morning!
I used the WiFi and also ordered a donut that was definitely old hard and shouldn't have been sold..
The coffee is good the donuts aren't made on site their truck tin from Nashville by the time they get to be served they're day old. I asked what kind of oil they use to make their donuts they said they weren't sure cuz they weren't made on site.
Better coffee than Starbucks and cheaper. The staff is super friendly. Drive through is open 24 hours a day.
i went to the Dunkin donuts out by the interstate and the service was absolutely terrible. I have went serveral times with the same problem. Not only did i have to sit at the speaker for 10 minutes before being asked to pull up, i sat at the window for another 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. The lady was very rude and took an extremely long time to make my food and drink I ORDERED. After waiting for what seemed like forever, a man handed out my food and said have a nice night. I did not receive my drink at all and my food was hard and old. I will not return to this one again until different employees have been hired.
