This place totally SUCKS. Staff in sales department are pathetic. The manager of the location is worthless and they operate on nothing but broken promises. Want a call back? Good luck with that happening. Bottom line? Go to cool springs honda, they at least work for your business. I live right down the street from this power sports location but I will gladly travel to Franklin to be treated like a customer instead of being belittled by these clowns. My advice is to avoid this place as you will walk away with a freshly phu____ feeling. Not even a reach around.
TERRIBLE experience, do not mess with these people or this company, take your business elsewhere. First and last time giving them a penny of my money. All they care about is getting your dollar. HIGHLY recommend NOT going here! Absolutely pathetic so called "business"
Do not go to this shop! I had a tire changed here on my 2006 harley street bob. Rode it a couple days later and the drive pulley fell off while going 65 mph. It ended up blowing out the hub and of course the pulley was trash. I took it back to them since there was no locktite on the bolts, that I eventually found after I searched to find them on the road. I took it to the back and gave them the opportunity to fix it since it was an honest mistake. They told me that they locktite all parts and that it was my fault. I called the general manager and told him what happened only to learn that they would do nothing. Now I am out over $700 over a simple mistake because I can not prove that, "I did not compromise the integrity of the bike". Please do not plan on getting work done here unless you want your wheel coming apart on the interstate!!!
Seems pretty expensive for all service jobs. Good selection of atv's though.
