The advertise $5 car washes bit what they dont tell you is they dont vacuum your car out or anything. They tell you to do it yourself. For them to do it its like 30 bucks to get your car done. And they are total pricks about it. Paid for the full service and they did a horrible job. Then expected a tip. Your better off washing your own car at a self serve place
Paid 23.00 for a car wash that included outside and inside as well as armorall of the interior. First noticed there was a boy outside helping a man prep car and he was haphazardly spraying all over the place with no attention to detail. Inside, waiting on the car, there were 2 or 3 other kids running around the building that were hanging out with staff...not too professional. When car was finished, outside didn’t look great and the interior was horrible. They did vacuum and did clean inside of windshield which I asked for, but thats about it. Didn’t throw away trash in doors and there were only a few armorall swipes at various places inside. Will not return.
My fault I know but they stole all my silver change. I know better for sure now I though it was taking a little longer on the detail end.
I thought they had good prices for the car wash and detail combo and paid an extra fee for them to clean inside of doors and cup holders. There were like 4 men cleaning my car so I figured they would do a great job, NO it looked like all they did was wipe the seats and dash. I don't usually do reviews or complain but they did an awful job for what I paid. I will not be going back.
I will NEVER go back to Pop's Car Wash! No more second chances! And I will make sure everyone I know, knows how awful it was! Thanks, but no thanks.
I really don't do any bad review's, if I didn't have a good experience, I just Don't Ever Go Back! But, I decided to give them a second chance! This was my 1st time coming back to Pop's Car Wash in 13 years, because there service was awful than, and it's still awful now!! Other than the lady at the front counter, she was professional and friendly. They did NOT do what I PAID for! I paid for the max, my van to be cleaned inside and out! And the guy told me if I paid extra for the dress up service (I think that's what he called it) that extra was suppose to be for cleaning the sides of the door inside, as well as cup holders, etc.
It was half a** done! The outside towards the bottom is still nasty! The sides of the back passengers door on the inside was still dirty, had not even been touched! Cup holders not clean completely, and black foot prints all over the van! When I asked the guy (older) to please re-touch it up, he did it with an attitude like I had the nerve to question the job they did! and he had the audacity to tell me "your making it sound like my guy was traveling all over your van!" Wow, hold up just a second sir! I paid extra for your guy to travel all in my van....how were they suppose clean my Windows inside and The sides of the doors inside and The cup holders inside the van!?!?!?!?! So now you are telling me I paid extra to clean all the inside, and your guy was not suppose travel all over the inside of my Van!?!?!?
