You are only in it for the money. You have no desire to help people. The only pleasant experience was the young lady that took my x-rays. NOBODY even asked why I was there. And for a dentist to reply that he had no idea why I was tasting metal was just "tasteless". I can understand money being a prime factor for vanity but when somebody actually has a painful tooth causing sickness, $5000.00 (at 20%) is raping the general public.
Made an appointment a month ago for my son. We go in today, 15 minutes early with paperwork completed. The receptionist says, "Your appointment has been cancelled for whatever reason." I have a screenshot of the text that I had received from them to confirm appointment, which I did and they responded, "thank you for your confirmation". I will not go back, ever, and I will tell as many people about it as possible. I'd do the same if it was a good experience.
Dr. Rice is the most kind dentist I have ever met. He is honest, down to earth, easy to talk to. I would totally recommend him to my friends and family!
Looking for a good, caring, inexpensive Dentist office? Then keep looking because this horrendous place is NOT it! They charge almost double what everyone else charges. The hack they claimed was a dentist needs his license revoked! He ripped the sutures out of my gums TWICE before finally getting it. He stabbed me in the tongue with the suture needle TWICE! I am allergic to Penicillin and they prescribed a "cillin" anyway! They only finance people with sparkling high 700's credit scores and they simply do NOT give a damn about their patients. This was without a doubt he WORST dental experience in my life! If this was the last dental office on earth, then I would rather use rusted pliers and pull the teeth myself! Stay very far away from this place! *edit* Notice how the "owner" responds to favorable reviews. but does NOTHING to address negative reviews? Very telling to me. Next stop BBB!
