Ordered on their website on a Tuesday in time for same day delivery. On Thursday, still thinking the flowers had been delivered before the funeral, I get a voicemail from them that Bon Aqua is out of their delivery area. Two days later? Not acceptable. I don't live in Dickson so I doubt I have the opportunity to ever use them again but should the chance arise, I'll pass.
I finally had enough and did not complete my order.
