My 80+ year old in-laws bought 2 Ashley power recliners. There were problems within 6 months. He made 3 trips to the store, along with a dozen phone calls. They said to get ahold of the manufacturer, which he did, who said to get ahold of the dealer, which he did. The dealer will not return his phone calls. And will not fix his poorly made chairs. The back of my mother in law's chair broke through the structure of the chair. The material cracked and split on his arm rest and head within 6 months. I can't believe this is how they treat their customers. Especially 80+ year olds.
Love my couch I ordered very friendly staff definitely will be buying more from them in the near future :)!
The best customer service! Had an issue with a piece of furniture out of warranty and they replaced it no questions asked!
