Exceptional company.. Curtis did everything he. Could to make my situation better.. super simple to work with no hassles. Does a fantastic job very trustworthy. Definitely will be using them in the future.
The Carpet Gallery put new floors in my entire house. Not only were the floors perfectly installed, but they were also done in a timely manner. On top of that the owners are some of the best people I've met in a long while. Would definitely recommend if you want good quality flooring and installation.
Curtis Dudley is good on his word. You can tell that the family business is very important to him. He doesn't sugar coat, he shoots straight and when you're spending money, that's what you want. He went out of his way to pick up my carpet out of town so it could be installed on the day it was promised. I had purchased carpet from Jim Dudley on several different occasions, and I was always happy with the entire transaction.
Have worked with these guys and Curtis quite a bit and have always gotten a good quality job at a fair price.

I purchased flooring from Carpet Gallery that had a lifetime warranty in October of 2013 . I contacted the company in May of 2016 and sent pictures of the problems I was experiencing with the flooring and they sent out reps several time and each time they stated the floors were installed incorrectly and they would contact the owner Curtis Dudley about it after going back and forth with them for months they finally sent someone to fix the planks that were discolored and coming up, but the worker left without replacing anything his name was Joe and he stated the whole floor needed to be replace and it couldn't be fixed that way. Afterwards the company tried to blame the discoloration and gaps on my pet that I purchased after the problems were happening . I have the paperwork and receipt showing I purchased the pet after I incurred these problems and also the problem with the floor is a installation problem I have been told by the companies on reps and other companies unrelated to this one.
