Poor communication amongst staff to new patients. Physician doesn't seem to truly be interested in patients well being or pain levels...
I have had wonderful care here and other locations they have.
Efficient and courteous service. Down home professionalism makes you feel cared about.
Doctors here are not friendly, treat you like criminals, will drop you over the slightest mistake etc...seek medical attention elsewhere! They do not care about you or your pain only billing your insurance thousands of dollars!
For the last 10 years I have been living with pain ,I've had two neck fusions diagnosed with lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and has seen a pain specialistin CA we moved to Tennessee and I feel like a common Criminal here at this pain clinic I am floored that anybody would treat somebody as poorly as they have treated me.
