We've had the owner, David, come evaluate and fix several of our appliances over the last year. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he fixed both in a timely manner, was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I won't use another Appliance Service Company. Soll's is hands down the friendliest, fasted, and most reliable repair service around!
Excellent service, I've already used their expertise twice on appliances that couldn't be repaired by others. They are a family run business and you can tell this by the way they treat their customers. I'm happy that I found out about them and I'll certainly come back to them again in the future. If there was a lower star they wood get it the rude place in dickson tenn they can not work on it at all so I when to amozn and got my part and fix it my self it cost $ 6:86 DO NOT USE THIS STORE WAYCH YOUR SELF
I recently called for service for my washer. i was surprised at how quickly my was repaired. I described my problem and they knew what the problem was and had the parts on the truck. He also noticed another problem with the agitator and fixedit that day also saving me a second service call.
