In June we had to go to the ER because my husband became ill. We didn't even get settled in a seat in the waiting room before the nurse came out to get us. Each of the nurses were attentive and caring. It wasn't long at all before the doctor came in. We explained what we thought was going on, but he wanted to make sure it wasn't something else. We were SO glad he did. Turned out my husband had pneumonia! He has emphysema and a bad case of pneumonia can end his life. We couldn't have gotten better care from the doctor, nurses, x-ray tech, and registration clerk. Thank you for great service!
Terrible service. Doctors have the worst attitude towards patients.
Each experience my husband and I have had at Horizon has been very good. We have no complaints about the care and professionalism of staff and will not hesitate to return if the need arises.

These people are amazing!! I took my son there last night (friday night) and we no more got sat down in the waiting room that they came out to get him. They were very caring, professional and extremely helpful in explaining everything to us. He is going back there to get his gallbladder taken out as soon as possible. We are used to dealing with Tennova Healthcare and were so impressed with the staff in Dickson. It's worth the extra drive. We were in and out in about 4 hours. At Tennova you would've been going through your first roll call to make sure you're still waiting for the mediocre care they provide. We have found a new hospital and will refuse to go anywhere else!! Thank you!!
