Friendly and eager to take your money but don't expect any communication from Roy Wilson. If you are there for a BK forget about it. My case was thrown out after I had paid over $4,000 into my 13 plan. No phone call, letter, email, etc. I would highly recommend not using Brown and Wilson unless you like being kept in the dark with no communication. The office staff is also unfriendly to top it off.
