Ive lived here for 1.5 yrs and absolutely hate it here. Cops come here no less than once a week. Half the residents are loud, obnoxious and have no respect for the fact theyre not the only ones here and not everyone wants to hear every single word they say. Its all gotten worse in the shortt time ive lived here. Too many residents here are just plain trashy. Every other word from a lot of them are cuss words, again, no respect for others who dont want to hear it or dont want their children to hear. Ive seen very few who actually watch their kids. Theres 4 & 5 yr olds playing in the street and ive never even seen the parents as much as look outside to even check on them. Its worse than just bad parenting considering too many people drive way too fast. I cant wait to be able to move away from here
When I first moved in four years ago it was great and peaceful here and there was no trouble but when the second manager that I met while living here took over it has become hell at this apartment complex. I have had vandilism of my car multiple times and my daughter's bike was recently stolen. The lock was cut. I would advise not moving in here,too, due to the fact that parents don't watch their children. They just let them run wild and be disrespectful.
I have lived here for a long time and I would like to get out of here (but housing rules are rules)are 104 apartments here and the new united apartment group who forgot their Swim permit 2017 and only allows us 1 maintence person but the are not qualified maintinence (no hvac! No mold experience, No permit experience) & the are to lazy to find an intern for both Magement & Maintinence are to understand.
Don't recommend at all!! Too many reasons to even list.
Autumn Park Apartments is a great place to stay, this is a community for low income, Autumn Park is a great starting place for you and your family, living room and kitchen are large and a beautiful patio and a small storage place and large bathroom this community in Dickson give me and my family comfort. The dislike is children make a lot of noise in the breeze way.
