Cheapest in town!
They have nice that chewed up expensive shoes and I showed her shoes something with big teeth ruined plus told her about furniture and clothing, pictures etc. ruined so many things and mice urine and feces on everything and bugs... she said, "in Tennessee we don't have to do ANY pest control". They sure forget to tell you that when renting and they will tack on fees the very day you don't pay... no grace periods. Awful place to rent units and they don't treat your belonging like they'd want theirs taken care of.
By and Kenny have done bulldozing at my place several times and I've got friends who have had work done by them and rented space from them. You couldn't find better harder working people no matter how hard you looked. I'm very thankful over the years I've come to be able to call them my friends.
