Well I was in there fore a good 45min. Looking around at every thing nobody ever asked if I needed help I couldn't find anything I needed so i bought Nothing...
Was there about 15 minutes and one person said hi out of the I guess about 10 employee s no one offered to help. I left came back and still no one offered to help and had to wait to be checked out. No customer service at all will not go back. Gave it a 1 star because there was nothing lower.
The employees were very helpful and I found the perfect running shoes for a great price.
I love it, everytime i go i find what shoes i need and what size. They don't pester you into buying shoes you don't want and if you need help they always help you. Customer service is awesome here. And the manners are better every time!
Everyone asked if I needed any help? Very clean kept up store. Even though they didn't have the shoe I was looking for. I ended up getting it from another one of their stores.
