Nice to have a large pet supply store in town. But the service is lacking in the grooming department. No one was at the desk or answered the phone while I was standing at the drop off for at least 10 min.

A large bit of the merchandise I feel is over priced and the variety of fish to purchase is extremely lacking.

Will never go back. The guy up front was so rude to me. I was a regular customer. Key word was. I can't believe they would hire someone with such a bad attitude to work at a place where there are pets.
