The staff is not customer service friendly. Walked and and no one acknowledged me. I said hello to the cashier and she looked rt at me and said nothing, totally ignored. I was the only customer in the store with at least 3 staff members that I could see and no one tried to assist me. I actually intended on buying a pair of boots but after their horrible attitude and lack of assistance, I decided to just order some boots on amazon. I had a layover at the truck stop across the street and find that most of the pale skinned people around here are not friendly and give u the evil eye. Maybe it's the political climate or maybe they just didn't care about making a sale, either way, this store sucks!

Says work boot outlet..I walked in was never greeted ...It outa be called cowboy outlet,wasn't anything in lace up..Whole store was basically slip on boots...I was in there 15 mins looking never greeted or acknowledged...
