Super friendly! We needed a car quickly to be with a sick family member who was passing away. We had rented economy cars in the past and had requested one asap. Instead, they upgraded us to a larger vehicle and had us on the road imediately, still only charging us economy rate. Even when we needed the car 3 days past the return date because of the funeral, they still only charged us economy rate. Very kind hearted which meant so much at such a difficult time.
Enterprise in Dickson staff very professional and friendly. We have never had a problem with a vehicle that was not resolve ASAP. My husband and I would highly recommend you to rent from Enterprise. You will not regret it!
Use this location frequently. These guys do a great job of meeting my vehicle needs. Enjoy doing business with them. Especially appreciate their responsiveness and the convenience of having them close.
Personal service of associates was good. The vehicle on the other hand was less than desired. Front and rear windshield were filthy inside and out, and with a wet few days the windshield washer fluid ran out on day 2 of 9. Somewhat frustrating during the holiday season but by no means a game stopper. Low rating due to the hassle of the vehicle not being prepared properly.
Very nice and quick service! Received my vehicle and after a short run though was able to go!! Return experience was the same. Fast and very polite gentlemen!!
