Absolutely hands down better than Enterprise!!! Hertz Dickson is the only one I use now! Great people, great experience! Quick and easy!
We have used Hertz Rental every year for the past four years when we go on vacation and they are amazing people to work with they will do everything they can to help please their customer. Their rates and discounts in my experience are far superior than any other rental company I've tried to deal with. As of right now this is the only rental company that I am willing to use.
I have used Hertz Rental in Dickson several different times and they are wonderful. I would highly recommend them if you are needing a rental .
I rented a car at the Columbia Missouri airport. When my flight was cancelled, I was unable to reach anyone at the Hertz office. They were closed the entire day on Saturday and half the day on Sunday. Given no choice I drove their car back the the Nashville airport. Not only did they double my original contract price, they tacked on an additional $55 for one hour. If I had been able to talk to someone over the weekend perhaps I would have made different choices. I feel they took advanced of me and over charges for my rental. 48 hours cost be $350. I will not be booking with this company in the future!
