I had my ignition interlock device serviced at this location. When I received notice of my terms being finished, I brought the paper in to have my device removed; as advised by Smart Start. The owner was very rude and would not allow me to continue explaining what I was told by the company they are contracted through. After getting everything taken care of and straightened out, the owner is refusing to service my device, won't even remove the device as ordered by the state of Minnesota. Poor business. I will be sure to spread my experience to everyone I know near this location.
