Went in to get my oil changed and they did not check my other fluids except the washer fluid. My power steering fluid was low enough that my pump had been making a whining noise. I had to go buy fluid for it and fill it myself. I will not go back here. The paperwork said it had been checked and obviously it had not. Very disappointed with their dishonest and lazy service.
The bald headed manager checkedy differential said it needed change when I just had it serviced. He tried to rip me off plus I've seen him on the sex offenders list. Sad
Waited and waited for someone to acknowledge that we were there to get and oil changed. After 20 minutes we just drove off. Tried to call no answer, yet states they are open from 9 to 5.
Pulled in at 3:55 we close at 4 on Saturdays so we can't do it today. Well one place I won't give a chance now.
I took my car in today to have a oil change. From the minute we pulled up we could tell that the guys here didn’t really want to do the oil change but we told them what we wanted done. They both went under the car and the one guy David came back up and said that my car that has only 42,000 miles on it was leaking oil and transmission fluid. His exact words was “ this car is a mechanics nightmare and you need to get it to a mechanic right away” he then closed the hood and motioned for me to pull forward. So I left without a oil change. Went straight down the road to Vavoline and they did a complete oil change and checked everything under the car and said they didn’t see not one thing leaking. I would not suggest taking your car to this place! He had me in a panic thinking my car was leaking like crazy when I knew I hadn’t seen anything under the car when I had it parked in my driveway! Very rude and very unprofessional!
