Dr. Stephens has been treating my dad since his disaster at Horizon Medical Center. (Over a year now) Dr. Stephens and his staff are very professional. The best part about this clinic is Dr. Stephens is very knowledgeable in all areas of medicine therefore not just sending you off to a bunch of other doctors unless he truly can’t help you. Other benefits of this clinic are minimal wait time, easy appointments, experienced blood technician (easy on the drawing of blood), etc. I have taken my father to many doctors but Dr. Stephens and staff are the best we have experienced.
Was a patient here for 5 years. My only real health problem was high blood pressure. To this day my pressure is unchanged. My pharmacist says that all three of the medicines I take are very low doses. Everytime they checked my pressure it was around 150/100 which is high. Keep in mind that after 5 years my medicine doses are still very low. WHY?????? The staff seems friendly enough but they do move you through like cattle. The manager Kelley won't take your calls, you ALWAYS have to leave a message. It was just a CONSTANT battle to get the prescriptions called in with the correct number of pills. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Has helped my dad so very much, goes above and beyond to see that he tends to his and my needs since I care for dad myself!!

The doctors are great. The clinic business office is unreasonable and has no customer relations skills whatsoever. Their office manager, Kelley is very unprofessional and apparently has the authority to decide who gets treated and who does not. After 7 years as a client at their clinic my wife and I were banned from the clinic due to a dispute over a medical bill. It is a shame that the business office can run a medical practice that has outstanding doctors who really care about their patients health. Shame on you Kelley.
