These guys are great. I have a swim spa and could not get anyone to work on it. The place I purchased it would not call me back. I looked Volunteer Pools up and they went above and beyond to fix it and were Very reasonable! I would recommend this company and will use them from now on.
I buy all my pool chemicals from here. Always had great experience except some lady told me they wouldn't put a liner in my pool cause it was a doughboy pool. Found out later that wasn't right they even sent man to my home and gave me estimate on it. But I went ahead and let doughboy put it in what a mistake that was. They put a hole in liner while installing it promised to bring another one, never happened. Volunteer will take care of all my pool needs from now on.
I Need someone to install a above ground pool and I found a website that said they would connect me with someone in my area who would install it so I called them and they connected me with volunteer pools and the woman who answered the phone told me since I didn't buy the pool from them they wouldn't do it she was really short and rude with me and was not helpful at all! Not good customer service
Just when there was treated awful! Never come back!!!
