So let me get this straight, I understand you offer to mainly low income families. However, when I say I would like to set up an appointment to see someone about some issues I've been dealing with, and after I give you my insurance information, you tell me that I don't have "low income insurance and refuse to see me, that's absolute garbage.
Your practice and its policies are disgraceful. You be ashamed.
No apology, no referrals to other services, just "We won't see you" by the most indifferent, dead sounding intake agent you have.
This new appointment system is ridiculous. I can’t ever get anything resolved in a timely manner because by the time my call goes through, they’re booked and tell me to call back next week. Receptionist at the Dickson office is so bad at her job, her customer service skill is nonexistent.
I have been a consumer of MHC for about 17 yrs. In the last, I would say 5 yrs, the quality of care has gone down the toilet. The case managers are young and inexperienced. They tend to treat their consumers as if they're stupid. Having mental health does not equal ignorance or stupidity.
The childrens services are impressive. My child's behaviour and outlook have improved 97% already. We are thankful for their help!
I TOOK MY FRIEND TO HER APPT, LAST WEEK, SHE WAS THERE FOR 3 HOURS...THEN WE HAD TO LEAVE WITHOUT HER MEDS, BECAUSE I HAD TO BE SOMEWHERE ELSE..A WEEK LATER SHE CALLED THE COOP AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE THERE IN A LITTLE BIT TO GET HER MEDS..GOT THERE SYILL HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR HER MEDS AND THEY STILL DIDNT HAVE THEM READY, AND WHEN THEY DID GIVE THEM TO ME THEY ONLY HAD ENOUGH FOR TWO WEEKS, AND NOT EVEN THE FULL STRENGHTH THAT SHE IS ON... I DONT KNOW WHO IS RUNNING THIS OPERATION, BUT IT CLEARLY HAS A LOT OF ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE CORRECTED QUICKLY.....HER VISITS THERE R LONER AND LONGER EACH TIME I TAKE HER, AND ALL SHE DOES IS GET HER MEDS FROM THEM!!!
