I have stayed at a good number of Motel 6 locations. It is usually a great option when travelling with dogs. My experience at this location was less than on par with what I expect from Motel 6. The staff member at the front desk was not particularly nice. Additionally, when I went up to my original room, it REEKED of marijuana. Apparently "smoke free" does not include things other than cigarettes. I moved to a new room, the room still had an odor, but it was more manageable.
Great for an over night or couple night stay. Very comfortable and roomy. As well as very understanding. We checked in at 2 a.m. with only a 9 minute heads up and had no problems getting our room..
I guess when he said there is no refunds I should've asked to see the room I would be staying in for a week cause the room was so nasty . Got in the shower pulled curtain closed to find what looked like blood splatter all over it asked for new one that never happened so I spent a week hugging shower wall . Not only was there blood splatter there but on bathroom door and wall . The bed spread had so many burn holes in it my toes didn't know which hole to go to first . The whole time we was there I had to go get cups cause house keeping didn't leave any much less sweep the floor or dust anything or leave any soap . The table to sit at had a plug in that wasn't even in the wall was just hang out of wall onto table . The lady at the front desk was so rude when I would ask for cups towels or soap . You would think for 365 bucks the room would be nice and I wouldn't have had to make a trip every day to get towels or what not . There is no continental breakfast as said it's just nasty burnt coffee and the lady at front desk mean mugging you . I would not recommend staying here not only was the room nasty but the staff had nasty attitudes .
The MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Cigarettes buds in my room no smoke detector and BLOOD ON THE CURTAINS!!! and they would not change my room or give me a refund never go there. Go to the super 8 next door so much better and the motel 6 I called the best day and the manager told me to F off and would not give me the refund
The room was adequate. Comfortable beds and a decent sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave and TV. Channel selection seemed somewhat limited. The staff was cordial. The floor could have used a good mopping, or at least a daily once over with a Swiffer or dust mop and one of the walls in the bathroom could have used some attention. No common seating area/lobby like I've seen at the other Motel 6 I've stayed at. The location is good as there are several restaurants within walking distance. Ample parking, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet over my weekend stay. I would have gone with 3 stars had the room been a little cleaner.
