I have been living in this apartment for a year now and it is by far the best apartments around Dickson TN that i have seen. I am 21 years old and like to play my video games at a decent volume and the neighbors have never been able to hear me. As well as, my neighbor has a loud dog that barks all the time, and i can hear the dog bark outside but when i walk into my house i can not hear anything at all. The manager is awesome if there is anything that you need, just let him know and he will get it done as soon as he can. The only thing that does suck is that cell phone reception is very bad. With verizon you can make calls outside just fine but with at&t you can not get signal at all. But as long as you have wifi you can make your calls and texts though that. Also the pool and grass is very kept up with and the pool is cleaned multiple times each day! Would recommend!!!!!!!!!
It is a very horrible place to rent. The apartments and grounds are unkempt.
I have lived here for 3 years and Jason and his team are great. They are always friendly and helpful when contacting the office or when I see them out on the property. I have only had to call maintenance twice in 3 years, and each time they have been prompt in fixing my problem.
Lived here for just over a year. Had normal maintenance issues that were repaired on same or next day. The grounds are well kept and free of any trash. The staff are professionals. The attendant, Jason, is very personable and helpful. The pool / gym area is free to use for residents. I would recommend this place to friends and family looking to rent in the area.
My husband and I have lived at these apartments for about 1 year. The grounds are always well groomed and the landscapers do a great job. Only problem is the debris left all over my car after they are finished. But it's worth the always fresh mowed grounds and a quick car wash takes care of the problem. The management is top notch. You will not find better management anywhere. The maintenance crew is always friendly and helpful. The pool is a refreshing way to spend summer days with the grandkids. The complex is very quiet. The apartment seemed to be noise proof until tenants with a toddler moved in above us. We can hear his little pitter pattering feet on the floor above us due to the newly installed vinyl paneled (wood like) flooring. The manager says when they move out, he will add carpet back into that apartment. The manager, Jason, is always courteous and helpful. He seems to really care about the tenants comfort. I rate this place a 5 because it is the best apartment complex to rent in Dickson, TN. You may pay a little more but it's worth it!
