I would not recommend doing business of any kind with this apartment complex. I had an appointment to view a unit with them. After driving an hour there I was told that the unit I was to be shown had been leased, and they had nothing to show me except for printouts of photos, and floorplans that were already available on the internet. When I asked why they didn't cancel the appointment I was told that they don't cancel them.
They deserve less than one star! Granted we've only lived in this apartment a week, but let me tell you all the stuff I've encountered over the past MONTH with this gosh awful place, the staff are rude, and the maintenance man (they only have one) is completely LAZY! When we moved into this apartment we were told we couldn't see the apartment, because someone was living here, which is completely understandable, and that when these people moved out they had to come in and fix it up, ect. Which is once again perfectly fine! Well the day had came and we did a walk threw with our leading lady, and the amount of problems this place HAS are ridiculous!!!!! Mold in my kitchen, holes in my floor, sinks that DO NOT DRAIN, and a toilet that will not flush to save our lives, a crack in our ceiling, that seems to be getting bigger, cracked baseboards, and the fan in the second bathroom is shot all to hell, and makes a weird racket! She wrote everything down on her paper, and said she'll have the maintenance man up as soon as possible, It's going on 4 days and I can't even wash clothes, because the hole is in the laundry room floor and I can't even put in my washer or dryer, I see him walking around all day eating but not doing anything, and it's getting a bit ridiculous and the lady's in the office are rude and give you a run around when you call, and some may ask why we continue to stay here, because all the fees and money we paid are non-refundable. So we are out 600+ dollars. So if I can help anyone out, save someone somewhere the hassle and the stress, that's what I'm going to do, and today I will be contacting someone much higher, to hopefully get these problems figured out and fixed!!!
This place is fine, except for a couple things. One being the office ladies. Both very rude and have a bad attitude. I have called up to the office multiple times to not get a response.
They obviously don't respect their prospective tenants or their time. I feel like I dodged a bullet here.
I am still unable to see where they think this place is worth what I pay to live here. The people that are here seem nice and easy to get along with. But the owners don't like to spend money to do much for updates. My carpet was trash when I moved in. The laminate flooring was peeling up. And the list goes on I definitely took pics on my walk through and have them saved. Unless I have no where else to go I have no intention to renew my lease.
