Terrible! I called yesterday afternoon to see where my package was left, they said someone would call me in 30 minutes, never heard back from them! Also they said address was wrong, but I checked to see I've lived at the address for 20 years! I guess ups has no technology! if it was wrong but it was not! Ne
Ups gave my package to some random house. I called customer service and they told me they have absolutely no way of contacting their drivers to ask where they delivered the package and I will have to wait 8 days for them to decide if it's missing.
