Everything I've had here was delicious. I've always had my food in a very timely and prompt manner. The staff has always been friendly and professional. Honestly they have the best fast food breakfast around abd apparently other people think that too since Bojangles are popping up everywhere.
Coleslaw was good. Chicken was not crisp and hot, but the breading on it was OK as far as taste. Biscuit was good. Mac & cheese and mashed potatoes were OK.
The only thing right about this experience. The biscuits. Missed up my daughter's rice bowl, very rude and hateful manager. NEVER RUTURNING TO ANOTHER BOJANGLES AGAIN.
I'm giving some credit because we did arrive 15 minutes before closing but they were out of biscuits and told the vehicle behind us they were closed. Also my 2 year old had a potty emergency while we were in the drive through and when we tried to run her to the door the restaurant door were already locked. Food was ok - would've liked to try the biscuits though.
I'd be OK with never going back, as it's not great enough quality or taste to make me feel like I'd like to go back. Food was lukewarm, staff was OK as far as fulfilling our order but not really friendly or welcoming.
The staff was friendly and nice, however the food was lacking. Biscuits were hard as a rock. The egg on my biscuit was also hard around the edges like it was a few hours old. On the bright side, the Cajun pinto beans were pretty tasty. I hope they get better so I'll give them another chance. I realize they haven't been opened that long.
