Although the car itself is a good quality car for the price, I've only had this car for a day so far, this review is more about the fine folks that work here. My sales rep was Walter, he was great. I put down a reasonable deposit to hold the car while I could get my financing in order. I cash-bought this car so I can't speak for their financing, but the paperwork process was straight forward and easy to understand, if I needed financing I'm confident they would have found something that would have worked out for my unideal situation. He was real patient and understanding with issues on my end mostly caused by my bank policies and my poor planning but we managed to close the deal only a week later.
My husband and I have been searching for a vehicle using car guru. We came across a 2007 Saturn Ion from this dealership. I spoke with one of the gentleman there several times and had OK interactions. But, when we got there I walked around to start the car and the Check engine light immediately came on....then the back right tire was low. While they were correcting these issues or looking to see why the check engine light was coming on and then looking to inflate the tire ....my husband and I walked around the lot and noticed that the row of cars on the third row farthest from the road that they are offering for sale.... Were dirty... some had flat tires just not what you expect to see from an establishment that is trying to sell vehicles. I am thankful that those things occurred because we definitely did not purchase a vehicle from there.
Walter doesn't come off like the stereotypical used car salesman, didn't try to turn me toward a more expensive car nor rush to close a deal today, and respected my interest in this particular car. He was also good about communication and always returned my calls and allowed us to make sure we were on the same page.
Had to have all plugs,air filter,oil filter and oil changed two weeks after buying,replace alternator three months later,so not sure the full inspection that was stated is true.Also as part of the deal they were to change tags from trade in to new car,just found out after being pulled over for break light out,tags are not registered to the car.Also never received title to car.
