Great service, Lori in the service department was very friendly answered all my questions. Their detail person did an awesome job on my black 2017 Super Duty. Very pleased.
It has been a long time since I purchased a vehicle locally due to not having good service but Beaman really did me right. I am tickled. They did me right and I had great service from the salesman David Parrish to the sales Manager Vern to the finance manager Norm. Their detail guys need to work on cleaning windows but if that is the only complaint I have than I am doing alright :)
Bought my car here great sales representatives my husband was able to get all the paper work ready and I just had to sign. Our schedules are opposite but they worked with us. I take it to the service dept for any issues. It's always busy but they do a great job.
I went in to have my truck serviced. Each time I have been there it's always been something. This time the lady I spoke with was condescending and rude. I asked if I could leave my truck there and get a ride to where I needed to be which was back to the special ialist office where my wife was having an MRI done and was told there was no consierge service available. So far every time I have been there I have been made to wait an extended period of time and get made to feel like I am being an inconvenience to request my vehicle be serviced. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Ford has perhaps the best quality vehicles on the road with the absolute worst customer service known to man. I switched from Chevrolet to Ford due to the quality of vehicle, but Chevrolet makes up for their poor quality with an exceptional service department that doesn't treat you like an interior species taking up space in their land.
Bought my car new back in January. My display screen on the dash went out they got me in fast and gave me a rental while it was being repaired. I also didn't have to ask them to get me the rental. They got it fixed in 24 hours. This is by far the best experience I've had. Thank you!
