Underhill sold my fiance daughter a car that was a lemon for sure. They won't return your calls. I tried to go to the lot and talk to the owner and he threw his hands up and said it's not his problem. He had told her he would fix anything the first 90 days. He took advantage of a 20 year old first time buyer that knew nothing about cars.
Over the past several weeks we still have the ticking in the motor. Now we have replaced the thermostat, brake lines, and rear HVAC control module. Now my mechanic tells me we have a head problem and we are going to need a new engine. Now he ignores my calls.
I don’t have the money to fix this lemon, and this is my only car. Don’t be a sucker like me. BUYER BEWARE!
BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a Chevy Tahoe in the beginning of June this year. Within a month the motor started ticking and we lost all oil pressure. We verified that the oil levels were fine, so we had our mechanic look at it and he determined that we needed a new oil pump. We contacted the owner of Underhill motors and he insisted that he have his mechanic look at it, which is understandable. All there mechanic did was do an engine flush and change the oil! I went to the dealership to express my concerns and all the owner did was throw his hands in the air and literally push me out. Reading other reviews, this seems like a trend. A week later, we had the same issue. This time we went back and forth to the dealership and his mechanic three times.
Truth telling is key when buying a used vehicle. They said they would cover anything for the first 90 days. The transmission went out before 3 days. We tried to get my daughter's car back on the second day. This vehicle is a lemon for sure. The owner said it's your problem.
He was unwilling to fix the vehicle even though he said there was a warranty.
Went in to inquire on a truck the guy I assume the owner was half drunk and didn't return my call
Love the truck we bought from there but has been nothing but problems ever since! No air, heat went out, wheel bearings, they just patch them up and sale them so be careful what u buy !!!
