Dr Dinkins tried every possible option before concidering surgery. He answers all my questions and explained what was going on with my back. I have been very satisfied with Dr Dinkins and the people who work for him.

I had spinal surgery march 2017. What a relief.
He was rude, refused to answer my questions, either waving me off or interrupting me, he diagnosed and dismissed me before he ever walked into the exam room. He said I had strained muscle in my lower back and bursitis in my hip, he never physically examined my back. When I tried to ask him if a strained muscle and bursitis lasts for over a year and a half he told and I quote "You're a young person, young people love Google so Google it". I didn't know Google have out medical licenses.
I have been going to him for over 2 years. His staff is friendly and professional. Dr Dinkins is not rude and answers all my questions. I have had very few Appointments were they were past my scheduled time, but it was very very busy or he had to spend more time with some before me. Since I started leaving my house for the 45 min drive for an early appointment, I'm seen early or on time.
My appointment was at 1:15 and didn't get seen until 2. This is unacceptable. Nobody should have to wait that long after their scheduled appointment. I was there before one lady and they called her back first because they knew her.
I travel from pleasant view Tn and it is worth the trip.
I have seen Andrew Marlow P.A at Dr. Dinkins office and along with the nurse Melissa. Every time I go and I seem to be a patient with a lot of issues so I have been 4 times since Nov. 27 and each time I have treated like family. Very nice and always respect me and my issues. Thank you for all you all have done for me and what ever is to come with me and my issues.
