After seeing multiple doctors from Hickman to Nashville, I finally found a doctor that I felt actually cared and for once sat and listened to what was going on with me. I will now hopefully be able to pick my life back up and be with my loving family. I can't thank Dr.Orgain enough for showing such compassion. God Bless.
Dr. Robert Orgain, in my opinion, couldn't care less about the health and wellness of his patients. Arrogant and in a rush to get your money without providing any real service!!
Don't seem to care much, just seem to want to get you out of the way
Took 20 mins to get someone on the phone Saturday and I get a girl that I ask a question to about where to pick up my mom's wheel chair only to be told, call back monday, I just answer the phones and I said then can I have a nurse and she huffed and said one minute then hung up. Now on hold again for 8 mins on 2 diff phones and just got hung up on again, guess she recognized phone number and hung up. Horrible customer service
