Terrific doctor! Everyone is amazing, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! Dr. Downs is a thorough physician, the best that I have ever seen for anything and especially for a serious knee issue. He did a great job at explaining my x-ray and MRI, tests and discussed all the potential issues after the surgery. I have great faith in him. WOULD HIGHLY recommend him and his staff!
I would never go anywhere else...I was very please with the friendly staff, short wait time and extensive examination... the explanations about what the procedure was like was well described for my conditions that i can understand...and the treatment options were clear to me....I have been a patient since 2010....Excellent Practice all the way around....
Dr. Downs was very informative and thorough. He made sure that I understood everything he was saying. He makes you feel comfortable and gives you all the time you need. I though he was very friendly. I have told several friends to use him.
Very happy with Dr. Downs. He explained what was going on with my shoulder. I got the surgery to fix it. It went well, works great now. Was also very happy with the staff! Highly Recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. Everything he told me to expect and when to expect it was spot on. I feel 110% better with the new shoulder than I did with my old arthritic shoulder. I should have seen Dr. Downs years earlier.
