I had another great experience in the store. A couple weeks ago Joshua went out of his way to make sure my warranty was handled and got me a new phone. William helped me get a returned handled. The team is so great and every one goes out of their way to help costumers. THANKS SO MUCH!
Nice store, music was too loud for my taste. A lot of people just sitting around waiting to be helped. I only came in because I had to, not because I wanted to. That's unfortunately how it's going to stay. Everyone was very helpful, and knowledgable.
I had a great experience at the store. Everyone was wonderful and took about an hour to help me with my television problem. I am a fan!
Nice store but only 1 person working at 2:30 in the afternoon. There were 4 people ahead of us and after 30 minutes no one had been helped.
Wonderful staff. Great management. All of these negative comments are irrelevant. Probably people who didn't get what they want so they go on google reviews to publicly throw a temper tantrum. 10s for management. 10s for staff. Great job!
Came in with the intent on getting in and out, just needed to swap a phone. Which in previous times was no issue, my sales representive tanner was very disrespectful. He answered his phone in mid conversation with my mother and I without even saying im sorry, one moment please, or even do you mind. Then continued the conversation for about 5 minutes. Once he was off the phone didn't say sorry or anything. Very unprofessional, continued to text on his personal phone through out our entire stay. I usually never have an issue with att. But will not be coming back if hes there!!!
