Took in a laptop that needed a new charging port. They said they'd have to order it. Well it is a possibility that they couldn't get it, I can understand that. What I didn't understand was why they couldn't call me about it. I really don't have time to go back and forth checking on it. Everytime I called I was told I would get a return call about it. They had it for several months and never gave me one phone call! For a business to be good, you need to have good customer service by calling your customers. I didn't even care when they couldn't fix it, but I cared they didn't bother calling me! Never going there again!
